Peaceful setting (yet easy walk into Bruges centre), terrace & garden (kid stuff), very good breakfast, whacky 2-in-1 shower.
Cigar-whiff. Tell the owner in advance you have kids with you - he was a little miffed when 4 of us rocked up. That passed.

It's about 5-7 minutes walking to the old city. But it's not bad: Le Coquin is located near by channel. If you don't like walking you can rent a bicycle at hotel. Everything there is for visitors needs (Internet, playground, chillout hall). Hotel itself is decorated by different art objects. Very calm and nice place. Great place for families with kids and companies. Attentive and warmly welcoming owners.

The B&B is located down a peaceful cycle path, on the banks of a canal, with a lovely view of nature. the room and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped, with a terrace for relaxing. the host provides great service, speaks English well, and offers bike rental. the breakfast is excellent and includes homemade bread, fresh fruit, different types of cheese and cold meats, and good coffee.
The kitchen facilities in the room are inadequate for cooking.

Great location next to canal, perfect for romantic walks. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom and the waterfall shower. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with many options.
Room was smaller than expected and lacked natural light. the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.

Clean and quiet. Convenient with a car. Helpful and friendly owner, Alain. He speaks fluent English. Breakfast is good and the breakfast room is really pretty. A friendly cat as well.
No wifi service in room; only at the foyer.
